With a background as a teacher, writer, researcher, and coach, Jennifer helps individuals and teams to transform themselves and their organisations, to be able to see bigger, more inclusive perspectives, to think in deeper and more creative ways about their problems, and to learn to collaborate to come up with collective ideas that no single person could ever think of on her own. Jennifer has worked with executives in a wildly diverse set of organizations like Microsoft, Fidelity Investments and the New Zealand Department of Conservation, helping leaders increase their own capacity to think well about problems and people. She is on the preferred provider panel for the Leadership Development Centre.
Irwin Heller is Become A Leader’s consigliere and chief strategy advisor. Mr. Heller has served for many years on the Executive Committee at Mintz Levin–one of Boston’s leading law firms. He was the managing partner for six years, through March 2003. Irwin devotes a significant portion of his practice to representing early-stage companies and individuals with new products or concepts, both high tech and low tech, that require strategic partners or seed money. He also provides wide-ranging assistance to growing companies of all sizes, including involvement in mergers and acquisitions and public and private financings.
Vic Paci is a Founding Member of Become A Leader, and the Managing Director of Equity Resource Investments, LLC, a real estate private equity firm he joined in May 2005. Previously, Mr. Paci was a partner in the Boston office of Bingham McCutchen LLP, a national law firm, where he practiced corporate and securities law since 1991. Mr. Paci received a B.S. degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a J.D. degree from Cornell Law School, where he graduated cum laude.
Dr. Ananth Raman has served as the CEO of several multi national companies in the United States and abroad. He teaches at the Harvard Business School and the Sathya Sai Baba Institute for Higher Learning in India, and is the Media Coordinator for the Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust.
Joe Thibert is a Founding Member of Become A Leader, and has been acknowledged by the Boston media as one of “Boston’s 100 Most Influential People”. He is the president of Trimark East, a leading distributor of restaurant equipment, and an author, frequent guest lecturer at Boston University, entrepreneur, and an expert in the restaurant industry. Mr. Thibert was the founder and CEO of Cafco Development, Inc., Boston’s premier construction management company
Isaac is Become A Leader’s advisor on global partnerships–providing senior advising and consulting for Become A Leader’s for-profit and not-for-profit efforts. He is a legendary business builder who created two of the world’s most enduring restaurant brands. He is the co-founder of the Hard Rock Café, which first opened in London in 1971. In 1993, he cofounded the House of Blues Foundation with Dan Aykroyd. Isaac works at the nexus of art, music and the role they play in social culture; his capacity for building successful business ventures have emerged from these passions. Isaac is an internationally recognized philanthropist who built the House of Blues Foundation and oversaw the building and finance of a hospital in South India that performs advanced medical operations for those in need at no cost.
